Collected personal data
The Privacy Policy governs the use and storage of your data. Navigating on our site pages can be done without declaring personal data. However, for certain specific situations, such as completing a questionnaire or participating in a competition, individuals may collect and process certain personal data. Collection of personal data: the name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number of a person will be made each time according to the legal provisions in force.
Personal data or personal data refers to any information that makes it possible to identify an individual.

Personal identification data (CNP-series and CI-ID) are personal data collected only in the administrative process of drafting service contracts and billing of contracted services.

Why we collect them
We need your personal data to provide you with the following services:

Bidding Services:
First name and last name – we need this data for writing a personalized offer
Email – we use the email address to confirm your order and to sort out your customized offer
Phone number – We will contact you if there are problems with delivery of the products
IP and session details – we need this data to be able to provide you the Chat communication service and to be able to answer your questions by finding out what pages you’ve visited in the session on the page.

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, but also the visitor’s IP address and the user agent’s roster in the browser to help us detect spam.
An anonymous string (also called a hash) created from your email addresses can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. Once your comment is approved, your profile photo is visible to the public next to your comment.

Where we send the data
Visitor comments can be verified by an automatic spam detection service.

Contact forms
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These cookies will be valid for one year.
If you have an account and log in on this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is removed when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the edited article.

Delete and block personal data
We will process and store the person’s personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill its storage purpose, or for the period to be prescribed by the European legislator or by other applicable laws. If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if the storage period provided for by applicable legislation expires, personal data is deleted, in accordance with legal requirements.

The person’s right of access
In order to exercise the right of access, the person can always contact us with a request in order to obtain a personal data report.

Right of rectification.
Every person has the right to obtain the rectification of personal data when they are incorrect or have undergone certain changes or need to be filled in.

The right to delete.
Every person has the right to request deletion of personal data as follows:
i) when data are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected or processed
ii) the person withdraws the consent on the basis of which the processing takes place
The right to restrict the processing.
Everyone has the right to obtain restriction of processing, where one of the following cases applies:
i) the accuracy of personal data is contested by the person,
ii) processing is illegal and the person opposes the deletion of personal data, but instead requires restricting their use
Right to data portability.
Everyone has the right to request the transfer of personal data to a third person or to the person concerned.
Right to the opposition.
Every person has the right to oppose any time, for reasons related to his / her particular situation, to the processing of his / her personal data.

The right to withdraw the consent.
Everyone has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – if the person considers that his / her legitimate rights in connection with personal data processing operations have been violated, he / she may address a complaint to that effect to the National Supervisory Authority with Personal Character, headquartered in G-ral.
